As an accomplished Creative Director, I specialize in bringing immersive experiences to fruition in both digital and physical realms. My passion is fuelled by inspiring diverse teams to uphold top-tier standards in experiential design, ensuring brand consistency, and alignment with key messages. With a background that includes founding two companies—a digital installation firm and a VR company—I possess a keen understanding of business needs such as budgeting, client management, and team scaling. Beyond creative leadership, my expertise spans VR/AR, digital video creation, scalable production, event design, and executive briefing centers. I am adept at implementing effective structures and processes, leading dynamic brainstorming sessions, and closely collaborating with clients to transform objectives into compelling experiential concepts. Over the years, I've built a robust network of connections with freelancers, vendors, and partnerships, enriching my knowledge and capabilities in the creative and business domains.

Kyle Cooper “Kyle was the first one to excite me about motion graphics, he created the title design SEVEN and The Island of Dr. Moreau. Yes, he was that Kyle!
Bill Viola “Bill’s work is memorizing! You can’t stop watching his installations and being moved. His works like The Crossing, Tristan’s Ascension and The Raft are so powerful
Moment Factory “I wish they had an office in San Francisco because I would like to see more of their type of work in the Silicon Valley, installations mixed with natural and technology, having that theatrical feel woven into the overall story.
Imaginary Forces Although they have been around for some time, they are still the best in the business. Other agencies have come and gone, but Imaginary Forces remains and does not copy styles and trends. Their work is consistently first class and mature.

Jane Lee/Senior Art Director at Salesforce
I had the pleasure of working with Jayson at Salesforce. He's excellent at juggling multiple projects and he's a great collaborator who is a high-level thinker that brings a lot of new ideas to the table. Our team meetings with him always felt productive and inspirational. Jayson is a great leader who looks for ways to bring people together and share ideas. The trait I admire the most about him is that he's always looking out for the best interests of the team and helping everyone take their ideas to the next level. I can highly recommend Jayson as I know he'll be a great asset to any team he works with.
Kelly Clark/Chief Operating Officer at Applied Magix
Chief Operating Officer at Applied MagixI worked with Jayson at TruClear Global – a unique start-up in the Advertising and Signage Technology Field. We were carving out a new concept of going beyond standard advertising to truly engage and entertain the customer – think of those commercials you actually enjoy watching. This meant that we needed to be able to take standard advertising and marketing ideas and create an experience around that concept that the customer would truly enjoy. This called for very creative thinking within multi-contextual and multi-sensory framework. In short, we needed an artist who could translate business into beauty. We were lucky enough to find Jayson. There are many amazingly creative people in the world. Jayson is definitely one of them. What elevates him from others who have made art for business their business is his understanding of how art and creativity fit within business needs. He was always sure to offer very creative ideas that would also solve the issue. In the throws of a start-up, needs change by the minute. This can lead to frustration for “wasted work” and yet another course correction. Jayson was always a vital part of the team and always willing to change direction as needed – the only attitude a positive one. Jayson is also great at brainstorming ideas and was always able to bring a unique perspective, different from many of the “strictly business” members of the executive committee. That is why I made sure to seek him out to get his take on any and all things of a design nature – be it video, lighting, product design, product presentation – whatever issue where a critical eye and creative and interesting perspective could yield a better result. And I was always happy I did so. Finally, the work itself. I honestly don’t think I need to say much about Jayson’s art, because I assume anyone thinking of hiring him has already been as impressed as we all were by his vision and his craft. I will say that if you are considering hiring Jayson, you should stop considering and do so. What you’ll get is someone with superlative creativity, a positive attitude, and a teammate who will be able to give great input and come up with brilliant ideas.
Sarah (Martinson) Gregory/ Experiential Creative Director & Designer
Experiential Creative Director & DesignerI had the pleasure of working with Jayson on proposals and pitching for InVision Communications. I was impressed by how he was able to wear all of the hats—leading the team, collaborating with the internal team and other creatives, and getting into the trenches to actually do the work. He has an incredible eye for aesthetics and is great at coming up with a clear vision or big idea for a project. I also appreciate his calm, patient vibe, which is essential during pitch crunch time. I highly recommend him as a senior or executive level creative
Jeffrey Dumo / 1st degree connection1st / Director Of Client Services at The1stMovement
Jayson's uncanny motion graphics conceptual and design gifts are so valuable in this digital era where audience expectations for motion/emotion laden experiences is ever-increasing. Jayson has the ability to see things from a perspective many simply cannot. This was never more evident than the work he produced for our customers and in particular Motorola, Cisco, and Disney. The guy is simply amazing.
Johanna Clark / Owner, JHCreative Consulting and Coaching
I have know Jayson for 18 years now and he is still by far one of the most talented designers I have ever known. Jayson's passion for design has always been a driving force, but his ability to listen to a clients needs and quickly understand what the best possible creative solution's are is what makes his work so consistently high end and his talent as a creative director so great.
Todd Lindo / Project Manager / Operations Manager for Video Communications / Lieberman Productions
Jason consistently boosts the production values of his projects. His designs have a richness that are attained by good vision and mastery of the tools.
Jim Vandegrift /Sr. Director of Creative Services at NVIDIA
I have worked with Jayson for several years. Jason is one of the most creative and talented motion graphic artists I have had the pleasure to work with during my long career as a Creative Director. When we need extremely polished and "world class" creative for either motion graphics story boards, or animations, our first thought is Jayson.
